Did you know that clutter is bad for your physical, emotional, and mental health?

In this episode, I share the three areas that are most important to unclutter if you want to achieve bigger in the next 12 months.

As a work from home, mom of three, clutter is always a challenge in our home. Everyone has their own idea of what clutter is and we don't always agree.


Clutter isn't just physical though, it can also be digital and mental/emotional.

Clutter is not just physical stuff. It's old ideas, toxic relationships and bad habits. Clutter is anything that does not support your better self. - Eleanor Brownn


The three areas you must unclutter if you want to make space for bigger things in your business and life:

1. Physical

  • Your Office - create a space you want to work in and that fuels your productivity as well as your creativity.

  • Your Bedroom - what energy do you want in your bedroom? Does it create a sense of rest, intimacy, and safety for you and your husband/spouse?

  • The Kitchen - the kitchen is typically the heart of the home. Does the stuff in it represent it as the heart of the home?

2. Digital

  • Your social media accounts - check in on who you're following. You want to have people in your feed that make you FEEL good!

  • Your email inbox - unclog the inbox by unsubscribing from the newsletters that aren't relevant any more.

  • Your desktop and digital files - free up digital and mental space by organizing your documents!

3. Mental

What can you let go of that isn't serving you now?

  • Bad habits - what bad habits do you want to stop?

  • Toxic Relationships - who can you lovingly let go of or limit your time and energy with who are toxic in your life?

  • What happened during the past 12 months that is noteworthy?

  • What did you learn? Do you want to take that lesson with you into the next 12 months?

  • Who were you then?

  • Who are you now?

  • Celebrate how far you've come.
