Happy new year mama!


I don’t do new year’s resolutions and when I read this quote the other day, it reminded me how often we forget to dream big, to make crazy plans, and to take action on the things we want to create for ourselves.


"One life. Just one. Why aren't we running like we're on fire towards 

our wildest dreams?”


It’s a good question isn’t it?


Do you have a plan for making your wildest dreams come true? 


Do you know what they are? 


Are you actively working towards them?


The new year brings many new opportunities along with it and for most of us, it is like starting again on a blank page.


If we’re not mindful, we’ll find ourselves smack in the middle of June with many of those big ideas and goals lost in our day to day tasks.


My invitation to you is to stop saying “one day”


To stop postponing your dreams.


To shorten the time frame.


And to create a Running List.


Decide what you want.


Decide what wild dreams you are going to run towards THIS year.


And then create the action steps you will take every day to make it happen.


We’ve got this one life.


Let’s make the most of it.
